Robert Kirby holds meditation sessions for individuals, couples, families and community groups. Often, what holds us back in life is deeply rooted in our subconscious beliefs, and Robert’s guided meditations are a gentle way to help relax, recalibrate and rewire the way your brain thinks.
The meditation sessions run for one hour and are perfect to slot into the work day. You can nominate a topic that the guided meditation will centre on. You also have the option to record the meditation so that you listen to it again and again.
